Discovery Call

Ask questions, determine we’re a good fit, discuss pricing, get aligned on the coaching plan

First Session

Review current state of wellness across several interconnected areas, discover and define your ideal vision, identify a few areas of focus

Ongoing Sessions

Set goals and make adjustments, track progress, learn about and discuss relevant health & wellness topics

    Your coach provides support, accountability, education, and empowerment as you set and pursue your health and wellness goals. Whether you want to sleep better, incorporate more movement into your day, need to get your test results in range, or don't even know where to start - one on one coaching through The 3rd Pillar will give you a new sense of stability through the journey. 

    Health and wellness coaching is not treatment, prescription, or diagnosis. It's not a specific meal plan, diet, exercise regiment, or list of supplements recommended to every client across the board.
