Jenya is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) passionate about helping people cut through the overwhelm and build healthy habits that actually stick. She believes that we all deserve to feel good, and that when we do, we have a greater capacity to bring more good to the world. Drawing on her personal journey and a longtime dedication to functional nutrition and wellness, Jenya brings both lived experience and professional expertise to every coaching relationship.

Jenya has worked with dozens of clients - helping them lose weight, sleep better, reduce stress and burnout, create sustainable routines, and show up with more confidence in their daily lives.

Outside of coaching Jenya loves spending time in the great outdoors, especially near the water, trying a new recipe, a full body laugh, snacks, art of all kinds, and being with her family.
